Shipping
We ship standard Mail only.
As of 02/2008 we record the following average shipping times after the order leaves us.
Orders do leave within 2 working days of order acceptance.
UK 1st class - delivery time 2 working days
Europe (except Greece) - delivery time 5 working days
Greece - three weeks
US & CAD - delivery time 5 - 6 working days
We are evaluating guaranteed business mail 4-5 days but presently it looks as if this is not worth the significant costs involved.

Returns /Cancellation
If an order has not been shipped you may notify us of a cancellation.
We will refund the full amount but may deduct unrecoverable banking charges.
If the order has shipped you may return any unopened / original packaging to us within 90 days. Please notify us of this in advance. Send any returns to our European office address.
